We are currently seeking a Change Manager in support of an Army customer located in Huntsville, AL.  The ideal candidate should have experience managing changes to IT systems and services with minimal risk to operations. 

• Manage operational changes through evaluation to implementation
• Aide in the transition of strategic changes in IT services and systems from demand to implementation
• Assess and communicate the impacts of change requests to IT staff and customers
• Identify risks associated with changes to IT systems and services and prepare risk mitigation strategies
• Engage with colleagues and senior leaders
• Coordinate the implementation of approved changes across technical teams
• Lead the IT Technical Review Board for change management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience
• Active Secret Clearance
• PMP, ITIL or CMMI Certification
• CompTIA Security+ CE Certification a plus

Qualities:

• Familiar with the use of SharePoint and ServiceNow
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework
• Awareness of DoD cyber security policies and practices
• General technical experience is a plus
