GaN is looking for a Software Project Lead.

Work closely with our customers to develop innovative solutions. If you have experience developing new applications using some of these technologies, we want to talk with you: Angular, C#, C++, Web Services, Python, and JavaScript. Our teams is trying new things and working on problems that others cannot solve.

This position is contingent on contract award.

• Candidate will be responsible for developing innovative solutions
• Manage projects, schedules, budgets, with a potentially distributed software team
• Work with leadership on project goals and support the overall direction of the company
• Design, develop, document, test and debug application software
• Candidate will participate in software team meetings, hardware and software design reviews; technical interchange meetings, and other management meetings as needed.

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related degree and 8+ years of related experience
• Experience leading a team of 5 to 10 software developers
• Requirements gathering, customer engagement, project planning, and software architecture
• Object Oriented Programming
• Experience in one or more of the following: C++, C#, Angular, Python
• A desire to learn and solve problems
• Dedicated to customer service, quality, and team building

Special Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must have a Secret clearance or be capable of obtaining an interim Secret clearance
