GaN is now accepting resumes for a Program Scheduler, we are looking for exceptionally talented people that excel in collaborative environments and can work directly with Program Managers, and other contractors in order to develop, monitor and report schedule status. You will have an opportunity to leverage and expand on your capabilities with the need to use a wide range of programmatic knowledge and expertise to fully execute the role. This position requires initiative, multi-tasking skills and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision on all assignments. Our Scheduler should be able to work flexibly both independently and on a team where the need for extensive communication is crucial.

• Create, analyze, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules in Microsoft Project for a complex program.
• Support the formulation, development, and assessment of project schedules, progress assessment plans and project status reporting.
• Use independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload in a high-pace and detail-oriented environment.
• Interface with program leads to receive schedule inputs and integrate them into the schedule.
• Collect and analyze Integrated Master Schedule deliveries from vendors.
• Participate in collaborative environment for procurement planning/forecasting.

Requirements: 

• Intermediate Microsoft Project Scheduling experience including establish predecessor linkages within a schedule, load and maintain resources, generate graphical and visual reports, create custom reports, and create a master project plan to consolidate multiple projects
• Current active secret clearance

Work is located in Huntsville, AL but some consideration can be given to remote work for the right candidate.
