GaN is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager in support of IT operations for an Army customer located in Huntsville, AL.  The successful candidate will work across the organization to identify, monitor and manage customer and stakeholder needs and expectations. A Customer Relationship Manager is focused on improving IT operations so that they better meet the needs of the end user.

• Maintains a high degree of communication between IT managers and the customers
• Acts a liaison between technical teams and end users to identify areas of improvements to active IT services and solutions
• Assesses operational data to identify incidents that are or will be organizational support problems and communicates status and resolution information
• Facilitates collaboration events with end users to promote enterprise IT services and gather feedback that can be used to deliver enhancements to existing services
• Delivers IT training or information sessions about new, upcoming, or changing IT services

Requirements (minimum):

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of IT support or management experience
• IT Service Desk experience is a plus
• Experience with collaboration solutions such as Microsoft Teams
• Security+ Certification

Qualities:

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Must be able to establish and maintain trusted relationships
• Ability to clearly understand PEO Aviation’s enterprise level strategies
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework
• General IT knowledge across a variety of enterprise technologies

Special Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have an ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance.
