Job Overview:

GaN is seeking a senior program integrator to support our team with ongoing needs in Huntsville, AL.


In support of mission requirements and aligned task sets, the Program Integrator shall provide support in the following areas:

  • Provide program support by advising, assisting and coordinating plans and operations for the Product Office.
  • Draft documents and make recommendations in matters related to interpretation, implementation, formulation and evaluation of operational and administrative policies, procedures, and processes related to the overall operation and management.
  • Coordinate with Government employees and other Contractor personnel throughout the organization to: prepare briefings, support briefings, coordinate visits, ensure security procedures are followed, plan for conferences, track suspense dates, communicate with higher headquarters, develop draft budget recommendations, conduct long range planning, and develop recommendations for internal control procedures.
  • Support the Product Office by coordinating meetings, assessing risks, resolving issues and tracking action items.


Requirements (minimum):

  • BS in engineering, business, or operations research
  • 8 years concentrated in the functional responsibility area of the position
  • Must have strong skills and depth of experience in the development of an array of alternative solutions for program management challenges relating to cost, schedule, production, fielding, and sustainment.
  • Must have the ability to digest complex technical issues and evaluate those issues to assess the impact to the program.
  • Must have the ability to work in a teaming environment and the interpersonal skills to interface with numerous Government and contractor personnel in a rapid-paced environment.
  • Must have demonstrated experience working individually as well as organizing and facilitating working groups.
  • Must have experience preparing detailed written reports and briefings suitable for presentation to senior level military and corporate leadership, as well as experience presenting material orally.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office suite of products.


Desired Skills:

  • Familiarization with Army aviation platforms.
  • Army Product Office experience.



Special Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must have ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance
