Job Overview:


GaN is seeking a Business Relationship Manager in support PEO Aviation located in Huntsville, AL.  This is an intermediate level position.  The successful candidate will work across the PEO to identify, monitor and manage customer and stakeholder needs and expectations. The Business Relationship Manager will identify and implement corrective actions on the Business Relationship data collected to meet and increase results of customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the Business Relationship Management Framework. Define all direction, guidance, policies, and procedures for how the process will be performed.
  • Serves as Business Relationship Process Owner.
  • Capture Business Relationship Data. Gather business relationship data. This includes the identification of mission partners and establishing points of contact.
  • Gathers data points identified such as Technology metrics (utilization, performance and availability), process metrics, Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and activity metrics for the Service Level Management process, customer satisfaction metrics and service execution metrics.
  • Analyze Business Relationship Data including trends and root causes for underlying customer satisfaction issues
  • Manage Business Relationship Issue Resolution. Use data analysis results to create action plans that address issues and provide status of issue resolutions to stakeholders.
  • Participates in IT Steering Group meetings and activities

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Must be able to establish and maintain trusted relationships
  • Ability to clearly understand PEO Aviation’s enterprise level strategies
  • Familiarity with ITIL V3 Business Relationship Management

 

Requirements (minimum):

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of IT project management experience
  • Active Secret Clearance

 

Desired Skills:

  • ITIL v3 Foundation
  • Experience with ServiceNow

 

Special Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must have ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance.
