GaN Corporation is now accepting resumes for an Information Assurance Support Specialist to support the Operational Test Command (OTC) Test Technology Support Services (TTSS). This position will provide technical security support in planning, preparing, and coordinating Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities in accordance with NIST SP 800-37.  This position requires knowledge of current National Institute of Technology and Standards (NIST) Special Publications, information assurance (IA) requirements in accordance with (IAW) the DoD 8500 series of regulations, AR 25-2, and Army Best Business Practices (BBP). Additionally, this position support to Army Test programs by performing Security-Focused Configuration management (CM); Information System Continuous Monitoring, Lifecycle management; Risk management (RM); and Integrated Test Planning for networks supporting test and evaluation missions. Finally, this position requires initiative, multi-tasking skills and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision on all assignments.


  • Support client in the planning, administration, management, integration, and assessment of RMF/Information Assurance (IA) activities.
  • Prepare and present briefings/reports to client on complex network operations, Information Assurance, and cyber defense issues.
  • Support staff studies on networking and IA/RMF.
  • Develop and conduct tests of systems to evaluation compliance with specifications and requirements.
  • Support the establishment, direction, and evaluation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Security+

Desired Skills:

  • Completion of DoD approved training courses for Risk Management Framework
  • Practical knowledge and experience with system administrator functions
  • Practical knowledge and experience with networks and networking functions
  • Analytical skills to problem solve and implement effective solutions

  • Must possess Security Clearance specified below
