  • Overview

    GaN is seeking a proactive detail oriented, high-energy professional to serve as a project coordinator. The project coordinator will support the program manager and the development team in orchestrating, tracking and documenting activities required to successfully develop a new complex test system being built for the U.S. Army.

    Responsibilities

    Duties

    Coordinate daily activities of a development project to include coordinating meetings, managing contractual deliverable quality and timelines along with capturing and tracking financial information. Work with the program manager to ensure all deadlines are met, all products released to stakeholders meet GaN’s quality standards, and spending is kept within or under budget. Coordinate internal and external meeting activities to include scheduling, planning, attendee tracking, hosting, documenting meeting minutes and ensuring security protocols are followed.  Collect and track all action items and hold responsible parties accountable to deadlines. Serve as procurement specialist as needed.
