    GaN Corporation is seeking candidates for the position as Part-Time OnCall Executive Assistant to the CEO. This person will be responsible for supporting the CEO with technical and non-technical administrative tasks, such as schedule management, document coordination, and professional communication, and requires a high level of confidentiality, organization, professionalism, and timeliness. Additionally, this person will demonstrate initiative and the ability to prioritize and to work efficiently with minimal supervision on all assignments. This person will need to be able to work efficiently from home when the CEO is not in town.

    Responsibilities

    • Organize and maintain files and records, and ensure outside obligations are met in a timely manner
    • Must have flexible hours to coordinate meetings, arrange travel, prepare expense reports, make appointments, and meet all required logistics as specified
    • Serve as the main point-of-contact for the CEO
    • Maintain calendar regularly
    • Greet, escort, and make arrangements for guests and visiting customers in a welcoming manner and professional manner
    • Provide high quality customer service
    • Screen and prioritize incoming requests 
    • Communicate (i.e., relay guidance, directions, assignments, etc.) on behalf of the CEO to, customers,  internal directors and staff, and others on matters related to the CEO’s programmatic initiatives
    • Occasional driving and delivery
    • Other duties as assigned

    Essential Functions

    • Analyze data and create reports that identify areas of concern

    Qualifications

    • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree desired.
    • Five years of proven experience in an administrative or secretarial position(s) with a high level of responsibility (more years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree).

    • Experience in a DOD contracting environment

     

    Special Requirements: 

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen
    • Must possess a valid Driver's License
